Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, History
Framingham State College
Duties & Responsibilities: This position is contingent upon funding for academic year 2010/2011.

United States to 1877. The Department of History at Framingham State College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position beginning September 2010. Teaching responsibilities include both halves of the United States survey and upper-level courses. Preferred areas of specialization include Colonial, Early National or New England history.
Qualifications: Ph.D. should be in hand by 1 September 2010. Candidates who provide evidence of substantial progress toward completion of the dissertation may also be considered.
