Tenure-Track Assistant Professor, Biology
Framingham State College
Duties & Responsibilities: We seek a broadly trained biologist for a tenure-track faculty position beginning September 2010. Area of specialization is open, however the successful candidate will be expected to teach Animal Development and participate in introductory biology courses for majors and non-majors. The successful applicant will also be expected to develop a research program involving undergraduates.

This position is contingent upon funding for academic year 2010/2011.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biology by September 1, 2010 and teaching experience. The candidate should show evidence of a strong commitment to excellence in teaching and to continued scholarly and professional growth.
