Program Description:

This program provides a solid, professional education for fire service personnel and those persons interested in the fire service or roles related to the fire service. North Shore Community College received recognition from FEMA as a FESHE Institutionof Higher Education. The program's curriculum provides flexibility, enabling students to acquire knowledge and intellectual skills necessary for career advancement as well as the opportunity to continue their education at a four-year college.
